Features

Everything for your routine. Nothing you don’t need.

GLPMGR is built around how people actually take GLP-1 medication: schedules, escalating doses, rotating sites and keeping an eye on how you feel.

Doses & titration ladders

Log every injection or pill in seconds. Enter the dose-escalation ladder your clinician set and GLPMGR fills in the current step for you, right up to your maintenance dose.

Titration ladder editor

Smart site rotation

GLPMGR suggests your next injection site from your recent history, so you avoid using the same spot too often.

Reminders & supply alerts

Get reminded before each dose is due, plus a heads-up when your pen, vial or prescription is running low.

Weight, goals & Apple Health

Log weight in kg, lb or stones, set a goal weight and watch your progress. Sync with Apple Health if you want to; it is off until you turn it on.

A symptom diary that helps

Record symptoms with severity and notes, and see when they happen in relation to your doses.

Estimated medication level

A gentle chart of your estimated relative level, based on typical half-life. An estimate for context, not a clinical measurement.

Photos & measurements

Keep body measurements and progress photos alongside your weight, all stored privately on your device.

Export for your care team

Generate a clean PDF report, or export CSV / JSON. Every export is created on your device.

Screens

Calm, clear and quick to use.

A clean interface that follows your iPhone’s light and dark appearance, with large, readable cards and a two-tap logging flow.

FAQ

Good questions

Does GLPMGR give medical advice or calculate my dose?

No. GLPMGR is a personal tracking and reminder tool. It echoes the schedule you (or your clinician) set up and never calculates or recommends a dose. Always follow your prescribing clinician’s instructions.

Where is my data stored?

On your device by default. GLPMGR has no servers of its own. If you turn on iCloud Sync, your data also syncs to your own private iCloud account, which backs it up and keeps your devices current.

Which medications can I track?

Choose from a built-in list of GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide products, as injections or pills, then set the schedule and doses your clinician prescribed.

How do I cancel or restore my subscription?

Cancel any time in your device’s Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. On a new device, tap Restore Purchases on GLPMGR’s unlock screen to get your subscription back without paying again.

Can I share my history with my doctor?

Yes. Export a shareable PDF report, or CSV and JSON files, from Settings. Exports are generated entirely on your device.
